Anthropologist, Human Ecologist, Sleep Researcher, Writer
I started studying sleep in 2013 in the context of an adaptive challenge to balance one's health and time.
In 2016 I defended my PhD in Anthropology at the University of New Mexico, about the Ecology of Human Sleep.
Since then, I've worked at UCLA studying Sleep and Seasonality among San and Hadza hunter-gatherers in Namibia and Tanzania.
To date, I've spent over a year in Bolivia, four months in Namibia, and a year in Tanzania.
I am currently unfunded as a researcher, and as of April 2023, I've started working as a freelance entrepreneur.
